All subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and tap SnapWorth. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Open SnapWorth, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-links your existing subscription to the current device. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID receipt number and we'll sort it out.

No. Photos are sent to our server for real-time processing only and are not retained after the valuation is returned. Your scan history is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time from Settings. We do not sell or share your data. See our full Privacy Policy.

Estimates come from an AI model's broad knowledge of the secondhand market and are intended as a useful reference range, not a guaranteed sale price. The confidence score reflects how clearly the AI could identify your item. For anything valuable, we recommend double-checking recent sold prices yourself before you buy or sell.

Clear, well-lit photos with visible brand tags, labels, or logos give the best results. Including multiple angles can help the AI identify the item more precisely.
